Villa Vienna is in a quiet location on the outskirts of the city, but still has good transport connections. For example, the streetcar line 31 takes you quickly to the city center and there is a good connection to the A22 freeway. Prices

All prices are excl. Deposit (€ 500,-) and local tax. Deposit of 25%, the rest can be transferred up to 5 days before arrival. Final price per night depends on the season. Bookings for Villa Vienna are binding as soon as we have confirmed your reservation request. Please note that cancelations are only possible in writing – read more: Cancellation conditions.

Peak season: € 790,- for 8 persons – each additional person € 59,- (plus local tax) per night + final cleaning € 290,- minimum stay 3 nights (5 nights during the vacation season)

Special offer low season: from Mon-Thu only € 590,- for 8 persons per night

Special offer final cleaning: The flat rate for final cleaning is reduced to € 220,- for bookings of 7 nights or more and is completely waived for bookings of 10 nights or more.

Location

The accommodation is located in Stammersdorf (21st district), in the north of Vienna. There you can experience “old Floridsdorf” in an authentic way, but you can also quickly reach the city center or various Viennese sights. We recommend taking streetcar 31 or bus lines 30A/32A to the city center and then changing to the subway. Coming by car, Brünner Straße and the A22 highway are not far from Villa Vienna.
